Start with the outcome
Describe what you want to improve: delivery performance, security, cloud architecture, operating costs, or an automation workflow. Note the users or business activities affected and your preferred timing.
Describe your current environment
A brief outline of your cloud providers, regions, applications, and current delivery or security services provides useful context. Share only the information needed to explain the project; do not put passwords or API keys into an inquiry.
Make the issue concrete
For an incident or attack mitigation inquiry, record the urgency, affected assets or domains, and a short incident summary. For a planned project, outline its scope and any constraints already known.
